Having a great idea or having a software that works perfectly alone does not bring success. The biggest lesson I have learned from my 20 years of sector experience and from the startups I have founded and managed personally is this: Something that sinks a digital project or startup is usually not bad code, but wrong strategy.

I don't give you theoretical advice memorized from books. I sat on both sides of the table. In addition to my successful projects, I also had startup failures that did not hold on. In this way, I learned what a project needs to do to grow, as well as what it definitely should not do, by living and paying the price.

Instead of consuming your time and money through trial and error, let's plan the right steps from the beginning together.

What Subjects Do I Provide Consulting on?

Startup Mentoring and Roadmap: Will the idea in your mind find a response in the market? What should the first version of the product (MVP) cover, and what should it definitely leave out? Let's build the right exit strategy together without wasting your months developing unnecessary features.

Selecting the Right Technology: Do not spend huge budgets on wrong infrastructures with hearsay information or the guidance of agencies. Let's determine the architecture that best suits your business model, vision, and scaling goals and will not leave you halfway.

Digital Marketing and Growth Setup: We made the product great, so how will the customer come? Establishing the digital marketing strategy of your project, defining the target audience, and designing the most efficient conversion (sale/member) paths.

Existing Project and Process Analysis: Do you already have a software, e-commerce site, or a team but things are not going as you want? Let's take an X-ray of your system and identify bottlenecks, coding errors, and operational clogs and offer clear solution suggestions.

Let's put your project on the table to turn your idea into a profitable business or move your existing business to the next level.

Note: My Working Principle (Full Independence Principle)

One of the most common problems in the industry is that the customer is left dependent on the developer or agency. My strictest ethical rule is this: I do not force you to be dependent on me by installing the system on my own server. You rent the server in your own name; I do the installation directly on your server and deliver all source codes to you in full when the project is finished. You become the sole and real owner of your digital property.
